A note on the promotion of membership types to clients
IAA does not promote membership type through our client referral database. Research, through an independent agency, has shown that emphasis in member types confuses the client. Our personal property appraisal client pool, when hiring, wants to know that they're hiring a competent appraiser. Period. Membership in the IAA assures the client of that compentency.

It's up to you, the IAA member, to provide the client with knowledge of your level of membership certification as a value added benefit to the client if you wish.

We celebrate our members and the degree of professionalism that they and their hard-won accreditation bring to their appraisal practice, their peers, the industry and International Appraisers Association.
