IAA is open 5 days a week, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 EST.

To visit our office an appointment is necessary.

The office is closed weekends, on holidays and at times of hurricane emergency (watches and warnings). We have an answering service in the event of an urgent matter or an emergency.
